emerson shild team

Stats - We Won

Averages - not bowling at Geelong - so they count for nothin, The averages that we bowl at Naree doesn't help us at Geelong. Geelong is a whole new ball game.

Games - There were nine of them

Stuff - Great Team Effort only dropping 3 points after lunch

Cya

I will give results to the best of my knowledge as there was no final standing sheet that I saw

Mens

Morwell - 44.5 points
Naree Warren -36 approx
Rosebud - 29 approx
Sale - 16.5 approx

Sorry if I have gotten it wrong

High Games 254 - Guy from Narre Warren (Name has just slipped my mind at the moment)
246 - Bruce Aplin Morwell
Sorry if I have missed someone

Aves - Morwells
Bruce Aplin 203/7
Sean Gothe 195/8
Peter Flannigan 194/7

These guys if not the top 3 would be in the top 5 - Not sure what Hoggy bowled but he wasnt setting the world on fire yet - Saving himself for Geelong

I say this though if we were to get the same lane conditions at Geelong there would be 7 bowlers in Navy Blue shirts leaving after the first game with Morwell & Shepp top 2.

I dont have any details of the womens results so if someone else has the info feel free to post it.

did you take no notice of the women wozza ???

shame on you, wait till paige catches up with you mate

now don't get cocky, because you won the dream zone, cause i know of 2 other teams that didn't make it through their zone that would have whipped your butt in their sleep

the horrible thing thats going to happen in geelong is, you are goin to watch us lay the smackdown on morwell, and there's gonna be nothing you can do about it

i know narre women won as my wife top averaged.i am pretty sure morwell came in second in the womens after sale thought they had it wrapped up even discussing where they were going to stay in geelong.

thats amazing

everyone reckons the morwell women are better than the morwell men, maybe i now have in perspective how good the morwell men really are

You mean that I have to take notice of the women and their scores as well

If anyone is whippin my butt in Geelong then they are playin the wrong game.

Speakin of Dreamzones you must still be in one after your big win on the weekend - Well Done =D>

But now the nightmare begins :vamp: so sleep tight

And yes the sale women thought they were through

Look out Woza I'm catching up with you!!! :D :D

Shame on you for not taking any notice of the women, you might need them one day :p :p

Congrats to Narre Warren and Morwell men and women now the countdown to geelong begins.

Gonna be great fun :) over 2 months to wait unfortunately. Looking forward to going head to head with Chucky and nailing him again ;)

adam you don't own a hammer to nail me with

i'll probably play anchor against you's seeing flynny wasn't good enough to get over adrian

and you listen to paige bryan, i think she's right, you might need one, in the near future, theres always dishes to be done, clothes to be ironed etc etc :p :p :p

no dream zone for me, just a reality check

keep dreaming sisters, cause it aint gonna happen

You would be like the olympic rower

Go out hard, lead 80% of the race - collapse and lose

Media Conference - Come out and say that it has happened before

At least one part will be different - Your team mates will still luv ya

i dont think chucky will have any problem with stamina especially the way he finished on sunday in mildura.
woza just wondering whether you still use that blue and white thing you used in juniors jees it sounded hollow when it hit the pins? :p

lol

i had so forgotten about that

it was a lighter ball, wozza thought that if he risked using a heavier ball, he might pull a muscle in his arm, and could risk pulling a heart muscle as well

millsy relied on me finishing bad last year, and well, we all know what happened then

i tell ya now wozza, there will be no slagging me off from the sidelines either

Me slagging you off - I dont know if I could stoop to that level

Chucker you got a good memory thats 13 years ago (must have been a impressionable lad backin those days) - I cant even remeber what the ball was called but it was last seen in the Squash Bowl carpark - It had a similiar problem as the early Turbo X's

impressed i was with the noise it made hitting the pins, but it did get you into the shield team though.lets hope your ball reacts a little more than the reactor or unfortunately you may be wasting your time against the quality of GEELONG. :)

na wozza ain't bowling

he is the cheer leader

can't wait to see the lil mini and the pom poms (new name the "reactors")

First Deano in A dress, now Woza in a mini

.........what is this world coming too.........

woz ya better be careful wearin a mini you never know who might coma knockin on your door....lol

Cheerz
