Country Cup 2006

Carmers,
Also better leave Thommo to her 'Aperture' settings as well. (for those not sure check the thesaurus).
Gee, this could go on for a while.;)
Just wondering also if you should include a 'Macro lens'............ouch!!
or
will Thommo be the Tripod=D>
ok, got to stop now before I get myself into trouble.

I think that you are a dead man walking Rob - wouldnt want to be you once Paige gets hold of you.

Although Thommo most probably wants to buy you a beer;)

Too late Rob! -- i would say you have buried yourself up to your neck in trouble...... lol (and Kev is probably not far behind in the "trouble" stakes either)

PS -- Hasn't this innocent kind little offering of taking photos from Paige, grown legs and taken off.... lmao

Well you boys have been extremely busy while I've been working today haven't you?!!!!!

Talking about flashes and exposures and tripods and all of those technical terms (and some not so technical).

I really have nothing to say in my defence at all. Except when I become a black belt you are all in big trouble!! Starting with Kev and then Rob and I will move down the line quite swiftly. Until I have eliminated all of you!! Ha Ha. I'm really glad I have given all of you the opportunity to have a laugh and make fun of me, I'm quite happy to be involved but this really wasn't what I had in mind.

Kev can't steer clear of me as we bowl tonight, so I will deal with him then!! Now all you are doing is encouraging Thomo to become a member and add his taunts in too and I get enough of them at home.

As long as its all in good fun as I know it is. This is better than all the tv shows!

If nothing else it keeps you all entertained!

And for my next trick......

Yeah I would agree Rob and say that you got yourself in too deep already.

It is all in fun Miss Paige. If you like I will model the outfit off of a cheap camera that doesnt have all these techno gadgets.

Till next time....

Cheers.

Well now, I did word that wrong didnt I? I knew that I would get in trouble.

Whats another list? I am on a few. Oh well, you gotta roll with the punches I guess.

Cheers.

Anyone like to take a guess at the lowest individual scores i have for Country Cup?
Womens lowest individual game and Men's lowest individual game (i won't mention names as this is not meant to embarass people - just here for a bit of fun trying to guess)
Quiz number two. How many times do you reckon the tournament high game has been from a female?
I will give some clues this time tomorrow (unless someone gets the answers)

Mens lowest game - I can remeber there has been some games less that 100 in the men so I will say 88

Ladies no idea (but there not as good as the men;) ) so 76

24 years in total - I would say 8 years - and I didnt have a look at your site

I would like to take a guess at those questions.

Mens - 76
Womens - 85

High game for women 3 times

Not that I'm saying that woman are not as good as the men, but this does include way back when!

I didn't look at site either

89 men i have a sale bowler in mind
95 women
i gather by the hint, both these people still bowl country cup
i have a feeling both these scores were shot at mildura in 1990
4 times
and like friend above i never looked;)

Many of you are very much in the ball park.
The people who bowled the low scores are not actually CCup regulars, but at least one is still bowling. The three bowlers involved all bowled one CCup each.
The ladies low score was actually from the very first year 1981
The mens low score was in Colac in 2003 (same score bowled twice).
Kevin's memory of a score of 87 is correct - 1990 by a Sale bowler -- not the lowest though.
Craig's guess of some low scores in 1990 is also correct 4 x Mens score <100 and 2 x Womens <100.
Colac 2003 had 7 Men's games of 100 or less (and 2 x Women's)
As for ladies the guesses have been between 76 - 95 and that is correct - at the lower end of the scale. (I will give you some more time to guess and give answers later today)
Quiz 3 - How about guessing low series Men and Women?

With regards to Female having high game for tourno -- there has been 25 CCups and the high game has been a female ...... 4 times - (one of them being a tie)
1983 - Dot Deigan (Colac) 268
1990 - Moya Dahlstrom (Shepparton) 267
1992 - Jan Carmichael (Geelong) 258 (tied with Bill Garantini)
1999 - Melinda Hickling (Central Gippsland) - 255
(I don't have high scores for 1982 or 1984-1987 so it is possible there may have been more)

Mens lowest series (i give a range between 670-720) 134-144 team ave

Ladies lowest series (640-690) 128-138 team ave
