I mean this bowler won sometime after the 1961 season. The Tournament of Champions wasn't held until 1962, so it wasn't a bowler who missed out simply because the T of C didn't exist.
Think what Wayne means is the player won a PBA event after the T of C was added to the PBA season, but for what ever reason, did not or was not able to compete.
John Juni, he was allowed to bowl in the tournament he won while his membership application was being considered, for whatever reason it was rejected so he wasnt eligble for the T of C as he was then a non member
John Juni won the opening tournament in the 1967 season. He then cashed in the next two tournaments as well before being told that his entry fee and membership dues checks had been returned along with a few other checks. John was them thrown out of the PBA, thus losing his spot in the Tournament of Champions.
Your a clown Porto, if anyone is going to leave one between you and me it would be you for sure with your spinner release. Why don't you learn to hook the ball instead of being a helicopter bowler....
