The only thing you have to be careful with is that only some computer programs will handle the drop rule. I know that Narre warren has the same system as us (Computor Score) and is very user friendly and is written very well. Most others wont handle the drop rule.
This rule does stop a lot of sandbagging, but the leagues with sandbaggers wont look at this rule, most leagues with these people in them have someone on the commity so they can continue doing what they do.
