Still counting down with fingers crossed. Will not tempt fate by saying definitely yes or no - just hoping to get there.
Hope all goes well on both accounts

5 matches that means that I only get 17 games on the pine ;)

Hope that the manager and captain are reading this

There already is a new and improved mini me
About 4 years time for a debut at the current rate of progress
I am sure that Garys missus would be wrapped when the birth cerificate turned up with Woza Black[-X

Back on the rhymes without even trying

The big days are drawing very close now. I'd like to wish everyone involved good luck and I really hope everyone enjoys the tournament, whether they bowl well or not, and whether they win or not. I feel my home centre, Geelong, will field quite a strong team this year and we'll hopefully be up there looking to win it, but I also hope that all the other centres make for good competition. I can't wait to hear all about how everyone goes, if I don't end up getting there to watch. Cheers everyone.

To all teams going to Bendigo for Country Cup If you would like to practice on the friday night before, you must book lanes now not many left.
Special rate for practice is 3 games for $10 no warm up, just straight in to it,must buy games in blocks of 3.
Or you can also book a lane for 90 mins for $45.

I just cannot win can I Mr C, I try and bite back and show some heart and the odds float out. I have no idea what sort of system you are running there. Perhaps one that is on system all unto its own?

I wouldn't take Craig's odds too seriously Carmers - a lot of it is tactical (in my opinion). He has put Bendigo at 5's or 6's or something, but i bet he considers them a much bigger chance than that. Giving them longer odds takes some of the expectation (and pressure) away. By lengthening Geelongs odds he is trying to get a reaction from you (and got it!). Odds mean very little once the first ball is bowled - they are just a bit of fun -- I know I enjoy reading them.

Question: How many teams are yet to book in for practice yet seeing as there are only 3 spots left?

Maybe only half, but you can always bowl early on friday if you get here early.

GEELONG 2/1

i fear if i dont firm them in, my boys might be sticking on the approach, due to tears being shed

why??? cause i can

SHEPPARTON 10/1

LATROBE VALLEY 12/1

information tells me rain is forecasted, and we know these horses don't run well on a wet tracks

Damn you Chandler  -- i will have to throw my book of tactics out the window now.

I had all my plans for beating Shepparton and Latrobe Valley and you go and make Geelong favourites - i will have to work out a way to beat them now -- i am going into brain overload (small brain - easily overloaded)
