What if i was to drill a ball with a thumb hole and a weight hole......dont use either for gripping purposes but............when i get onto the approach i put my thumb in the ball and then straight out, then bowl my normal ball??? I have used the thumb hole, it was just an early thumb...

sorry forgoit to mention...that a Helper from the bowls staff had made the change.... For as long as i have been bowling a score correction can be made if the oppisition had seen it or an officail had seen it....as a player on my lane told me i didnt foul...a helper came to change teh score...

Im sorry but i have to dis agree with "You have been Munsoned" Travelling aorund the world and learnign more about the game is the only way to improve yourself as a bowler and as a competitor. the reason AUST TEAMS are no where near as strong as they used to be isnt because ours bowlers...
