C & D squads are both in the afternoon, on both days. I know I hate having to get up in the morning to bowl a tourney.

C squad is probably the most popular out of the two, because it's the last squad on the 2nd day, so you know exactly where the rest of the field lies going into your last squad.
C squad also gets the fresh oil on the first day, once again, I know I'd rather start a tourney on fresh oil than a carried down shot.

I dont really care so much if I cut or not, as long as I average 200. For some reason me & Bankstown bowl have never seen eye to eye with each other, thus I've never been able to make card before, but I'm determined to make card there before I'm out of juniors.

How on earth can they put the Commonwealth Youth Camp on the same weekend as Sydney Cup? One of the BIGGEST junior tournaments on the calendar...which I would have thought would play a big role in the selection of the two Australian Reps....those dates have got to be changed, its just not fair to the bowlers!

yeah i wont be coming now, not real happy but what can one do? try and make an Australian Team or bowl in a tournie? i no which one id have more fun at but at the end of the day i think we just have to face the facts and get on with it, and decide which one is more important. i know the camp is more important to me, so im going to that, no ifs or buts.

Yeah, count me out too. Its a pity, I feel for more sorry for the guys like Reynolds whow on't be able to bowl another one, I'm luckly enough to have one more year left. But like Kanafa said, Chance of makign Aussie team or a Tournament. Ill take the Chance at the Green and Gold anyday. But I also agreee with macca, i thought this tournament wouldve been one of the key factors for the selectors. Ahh well, what can you do??? Life will go on...

Is this the first time they have done something like this, like put the two major events on at the same time? Can anyone answer that? Also, who is the person/people that make this deision?
It doesnt make sense. Anyway, good luck to reynolds and cow, hope you guys go well, and like cow said, i really do feel sorry for reynolds and others like him, especially when he would have taken sydney cup anyways.
I might bowl, dunno, depends on work,(AGAIN!!!)
