P.s Having the beep test at 8am on the morning of the roll off- camp-criteria-is not a good idea.There will be some stiff limbs out there during the short and long for sure.

Which is exactly why the beep test or the camp in general is NOT a good idea. You can't test to measure the ability to win!

If the seniors camp has a beep test, you'd just about cover expenses selling tickets to watch.
Or at least cover the costs of the knee reconstructions.
