Knowing that this forum is monitored by the TBA VIPs, I would like to ask when the league end of season patches will be forwarded to all registered leagues.
Very shortly the annual phone call will be made to the owners/proprietors reminding them that they are due to pay their centre registration fees for 2003.
The only remaining part of the old National Award Scheme is the free end of season patches for league champions and as we have received no patches for about 6 months now, are we to assume that this has been discontinued too?
We have also asked for blank membership cards for 2003, as we have several leagues that pay their membership in December, only to be informed that the cards are an item for discussion at the next board meeting.
Heaven knows when we will get them.
It's about time that the directors of TBA took a good hard look at the operations of the National awards office. It is not a professional operation, and does no credit to anyone concerned.
The words elitist organisation come to mind.
