i disagree sam 1220 is the current low score and with more bowling as well as some very high class bowlers comming i believe cut will be mid 1300's

Hey,

How good is to see some of the older guys in the mix? Chris Batson and Paeng up the pointy end. These guys have been around for two of Sam's lives, and that's just bowling time.

dare say it will be the same this year 1420-1440.

I think you may have bumped the scores up a bit lol, highest score last year was 1490 odd and I think one of the state reps was lowest score wise, maybe below 1200, not that it really mattered too much for them of course.

I am thinking the score for the cut will be around 1380-1400 and no more hopefully

That was me Mick, about 1221 or something - it only got worse from there LOL.

LoL, yeah I realise now that I have mixed myself up.

I remember needing a 720-730 in the very last squad and missed out with a 710. In my head I just doubled that score, but I remember now that the reason I had to throw a 720 score, was that I only had a 640 to start with.

Hey Guys,

I feel for the guys that have posted a score high enough to qualify but are listed as reserves.

But, I guess they knew the rules before and that they had to make the top 33 odd to make the cut.

No guarantee the guys who are automatics wouldn't have tried more times and produced a higher score if needed. I was in that boat last year and wasn't worried about getting the byes so only bowled the all events to be eligible.

I understand, it's the rules every body signed up for, I just feel sorry for the guys though. I am sure they would love to be bowling with the international stars rather than watching.
