Well the time has come to say this. I have had it with Mt Gravatt's cafeteria. Week after week the same thing happens. I am sick of the poor service. The first senario.... you go to buy a drink and you stand waiting for someone to serve you. After standing at the counter waiting and waiting to be acknowledged you end up leaving as your team is now waiting for you to bowl. Then you go back to the counter to stand in a line again. The second senario..... 2 staff members on duty, five customers standing in line with only one staff member serving.... where is the other staff member...well she is mopping the floor or washing dishes.....surely if they are that busy maybe there needs to be more staff. Surely with 90 bowlers at one time in the centre they must be able to afford to employ one more junior to help.... and not forgetting the prices that are charged at these cafeterias.
My last word on this..... Mt Gravatt pick up your act and buy a buzzer for the counter!!!!!!!!! At least that would be a start,.
