myself had an information of a deaf man who name is david dougall did bowled a game 300 twice times in australia soil again.

Last late January 2005, david dougall got 300 a game at the mt gravatt lanes on monday night, 24th January 2005 for his league showcase double- it was first night of the 2005 season.

it is david's 2nd time on 300 a game since first time was on the Richland bowl for his brisbane bat league last october 24th in 2004 season.

Congratulations to Colin Spann on bowling a 300 in the scratch masters of the Australian Railways Institute (ARI) annual tournament which was held at Liverpool (Manhattan superbowl) last week. Colin (a lefty) never looked like missing and this was his first 300 outside of his home centre of Caboolture. I believe it is about his 8th 300 game. :confused:

Also during the tournament we had several other bowlers with 270 and 280 + games, so the 300s were always close. Congrats to Bruce Doig, Bobby Leis, Ralph Harford and Shane Browne for great bowling. Sorry if I have missed anyone else who just missed a 300....

Thanks to proprietor Nick the greek for running a fantastic tournament, we had a great time. He is even talking about bringint back the super classic or some kind of similar tournament so stay tuned...... :cool: :cool:
 
Well these may not be 300 games but are worth a mention.

Peter Hilder bowling at Mayfield Bowl last Tuesday in the Singles League bowled a 293, we wont talk about the last ball :eek:

Two weeks ago Justin Lanz a member of the Northern NSW President Shield Team bowled a 297 game in the Prestige Singles League, so close :(

Congratulations to both bowlers, Peter would have to be one of the fittest 67 year olds I know, he bowls 12 games every Tuesday Night, and often comes in on Saturday and bowls another 12 games. He has bowled 300 before so don't feel sad and is carring a 205 average.

Micheal Little bowled his 14th 300 game on lanes 15/16 last night at Mayfield Bowl, this now puts him 1 ahead of Wife Amanda. He Bowled games of 204 278 300 782/3 and a 206 to give him 988/4

This afternoon a promising junior, Tyrone White bowled his first perfect game down on lanes 11+12 at Illawarra Strikezone during the Legends League.
 
Congratulations to My Man Alan Notman who just bowled his 3rd 300 at Keon Park today in the Roll Offs for East Coast.

Never looked like missing with 12 beautiful strikes in the pocket. And it was great to finally see it happen.

Well Done Babe & I know that there will be plenty more to come.

Gary Bernardin threw 300 today in the Open Masters Final for Qld ATBSO at Geenslopes - couldn't tell you how many that makes, but I bet it is a few!! Well done GB, and happy birthday for tomorrow!!! ;)
 
Well you can add Andrew Jacklin who bowled a 300 on Sunday night at Keon Park. Luke Burton who bowled a 300 at Keon Park tonight & My Man Alan Notman who bowled a 300 tonight at Keon Park also.
Must be something in the water at Keon Park.

Jen Jones bowled an awesome 300 game tonight on lanes 7 and 8 at Illawarra Strikezone, during the Legends League Youth Competition. From what Scott tells me, you beat him by 169 pins...nice number ;) Tops bowling, Jen, and another STORM 300 to add to the books :D

In the past month, my brother in law Matt Bemelmans bowled his first at Boronia in our Thursday night league. Yesterday I bowled my 3rd 300, this one during Dunn Shield qualifying at Boronia. :)
