truly cant wait to bowl on the 'new' Village lanes either. The Village bowl i remember you were a star if you averaged over 190, i've missed this fun stuff they've been bowling on the past few years!

Congrats to Ian Weir from Nth Rockhampton Squash Bowl his first 300 game (the centre's 3rd one after almost 13 years) on Saturday 12th March 2005. Same time the previous year, Ian bowled a 299. Long time to wait, but well done on finally making it!

Another 300 at Sunset Superbowl, at long last Cory Knowles has an accredited one under his belt. Was the first game in a prebowl he was doing for the scratch singles league this week. A fine effort mate and been a long time coming.

sunday 27th March at Alice Springs Dustbowl - Chris Kirwin from Darwin bowled his 2nd perfect game in the final block of the NT Seniors Masters - it was enough to enable him to take home the trophy!!!
(and well celebrated with lots of c'c's, hey con????)

Actually it was the NT Open Masters, but anyway it was on lanes 13-14 and the strikes were a lot better than the ones in his first.. (his last ball of the 1st one, the 5 + 10 fell very late). But anyway I might add congrats to the winners of the other NT Masters winners:

Another 300 to Amanda Bradley-little on lanes 17/18 at Mayfield Bowl, bowling in the Monday night doubles league, this is her third since December at Mayfield. Earlier in the year she had a 300 with an 825 series.

Her playing partner, Peter Zambelis, said she was really trying to get this one as it puts her 1 ahead of her husband Michael Little, with now her 13th 300. This was bowled with her newly drilled Brunswick Red Alert 5.

Not to be outdone by wife Amanda, Micheal Little bowled his 13th 300 game on the same lanes (17/18 ) at Mayfield Bowl last night in the Monday night Doubles league. He strung together games of 279 184 300 for 763/3.

I suppose the Family Feud will continue.
