I will start:

I bowled my 2nd 300 game on sunday 23rd of january in state league at the orange tenpin bowl.

I ope there will be a lot replys this year.

Good bowling everyone

ya storm king i was there and it was awsome to watch hope to c u bowl lots more of them.

There has been two 300 bowled this year so far at Garden City Zane being one & Jim ( I am sorry I can't remember Jim's last name). Bot were awesome games to watch. There will be loads more to come as well will keep you posted. Scotty also bowled a 300 at Sunset too. Looks like bowls in Twmba is bounding ahead keep it up.

That's right sorry about that anyway it was a very good game to watch anyway, he had his lucky one in the 10th frame which was high but everything fell but every other one was flush in the pocket never looked like missng.

Our friend and all round good guy Ondrej Hedi bowled his first ever 300 during the Australia Day skins tournament at Werribee Bowl in Melbourne. It was great to watch, every one in the pocket and not a sniff of a tenpin at all.

May it be the first of many..... 8)

Congrats from Jane and Ralph

Steven Eeles in SA Cup Qualifying - 300
Rebecca Robinson at FJ Doubles League at AMF Frankston on Jan 18

not one but two, wednesday nights at village bowl i bowl in the village (not to be confused with vili's) super league, wednesday just gone a couple of bowlers showed why the league is named that.. this is a 4 game league

i was bowling on lanes 15/16 and had the pleasure of bowling next to steve rawson on lanes 13/14 i watched this boy shoot 230 something, 258, go strike 9 miss bag out for 268 in the third and then 300 for the last series of 1050 odd.. not bad way to finish the night 22 in a row.. and his first 300, he didnt look like missing at all either.. no luck was needed.

ok well if that wasn't enough on the lanes next to him 11/12 darren williams, (shane tunnah's old man) was going along his own string and when steve shot his 300, darren had the first 8.. darren also went on to shoot 300 his second, and his first since being back for about 6weeks from having about 2 years off from bowling.. so its 2 all for the father and son duo who's gunna throw the next 300?? and sharon your 9 no tap 300 doesnt count!!

it was funny to see brenton tied to his scales weighing balls all night.

well done steve and darren you both bowled well and was an awesome display to watch, it not often you get to see every ball thrown in a 300 (unless you bowl it) and to be there for two in one night was great..

Pity we dont have the Village Open any more.
Having to Ave 225-230 to make 20th for matchplay, the winner on a 250+ Ave for the tournament & seeing Brenton weighing 10-15 balls for the weekend. Now that would be funny.
And Spence, from what i've heard of village sharons 9 no-tap 300 is equivalent to a 300 if she bowled it anywhere but Village.

Steve Reynolds from SA??? I know there's one in NSW.... Coincidence, or has Reynolds taken it one step too far now and gone to SA each week to bowl league?

No its not the Reynolds....this Stephen is actually Stephen Rawson, and a great young bowler too. Himself just back from injury i believe....nice bowling guys

dont ask me why i wrote reynolds i meant rawson.. sorry stevo.. and chin if sharons no tap 300 at lizzy counts as a real 300 my real 290 there counts as a 900 after throwing 15 in a row

Jesus Spence,

All the years I've seen you bowl I dont think i've seen ya throw 11 stikes in 3 games so I find it hard to believe you would throw 11 for a 290 game. Must have been praticing or changed hands. But I suppose Elizabeth always was kinder to lefties.

Thanks very much chinner, :( well i did do it once, i threw 15 strikes in a row that night, just over two games  i also shot a 288 there with an old black rhino a year or two earlier, for the 290 i got the plaque to prove it just for sceptics like you (maybe ill show ya one day) :p i must have been able to do it cuz i was bowling backup  and i think you and me both know in those last few years before lizzy was sold, its wasnt kind to anyone.. including chuckers like you

Dont get ya knickers all twisted Adam. I dont know if showing me will be on the cards the way my knee's coming on. Be lucky if I ever bowl again at this rate. Might bowl trials with a ramp, see how we do.

this year people are going of when i watched the state league at orange this weekend there where nearly two more thrown maby this is the year for 300 to be thrown every where, all the time.

Bust out that ramp then Rob! 5 revs instead of 4 and everyone will run for cover  Another village open would be good, we're do we leave our guide dogs when we bowl though? :D

adrian u will not need guide dogs soon when new lanes go in village will be synthetic as of about april
so the shot is going to change a fair bit
