Who wants to have a social get together before SPC?

Hey, who wants to have a social get together on the Thursday night before SPC???
I was thinking of going to dinner at a nice italian restaurant in the famous Lygon Street area, and was wondering if anyone else wanted to make an appearance?

If you do, just reply to this post, and if we get enough numbers, I'll book us some tables at one of the many fine restaurants along the sreet

Would have loved to mate, but we don't get in til very late Thursday night (Shelley has to work til lunch time Thursday).

I agree that there needs to be more social get togethers however. I am old enuff to remember when they were commonplace before (and during) tournaments at every stop and it is a pity that they have fallen largely by the wayside.

I commend the idea and everyone who is available should have a good night.

Just seeing if you've worked out where my joint is and what time are you picking me up on the friday morning. Unfortunately i'll be a no-show for anything on the thursday night.
