The winner of Germany vs Argentina will win the world cup. These two nations are playing football of a much higher quality then the other 6.

It kills me to say this but I think Germany has it. The home advantage is the only thing which will get past the strength and skill of Brazil in my mind.

I dearly hope I am wrong. I want England to win like you wouldn't believe. Their long suffering fans deserve it and let's face it, England gave football to the world! They are the makers and creators. It's about time the World Cup came home. It's been in South America far too many times!

To hell with those cheating Italians! Hope they get what they deserve!

Hopefully Brazil don't win. Since da aussies are knocked out im going for England only because im half english Hope they win got an all star team just hope they can play good against Portugal and who ever is next. Bloody Italians should get the academy award for that display.

Why is everyone going for Brazil?

Have you guys been watching the World Cup at all...

Yes they have the most potential, but they are not playing the best football. They are gifting there opponents a number of chances. If France play tight in defense they will most likely beat Brazil in the quarters. Brazil may have won the last game against Ghana 3-0 but total shots was 22-9 in Ghana's favour.... The good teams will convert those chances!

Still Argentina for mine, they dont the obvious weaknesses that the other 7 nations have.

People you cannot bet on ukraine just because Italy screwed us over. Bet with the brain here, Ukraine lost 4-0 to Spain in their 1st match, how they are still in the world cup and Spain are out amazes me. Italy 2-1.
