Where to download the TBA (Or ATBC) official rukes and regualtions for league play?

Hi, is there a website for the league rules as they stand for the current TBA? I tried TBA.com.au....and got some ridiculous cycling website!! Anyone have any ideas please..this league secretary would be very grateful. Thanks.
