i use brunswicks but im changing to normal evey day shoes and getting white rubber soles on them (i dont slide)

Being a LH er I have only been able to get Dexters with interchangables only to to find out a few months ago that Denver now have LH Bamffs and so I bought a pair as spare.

I'm a lefty last time I checked grumpie and I use Dynaroo's. Having used, Etonic, Dexter and Dynaroo's I've found Dynaroo's to be the most comfortable and long lasting.

Cheap pair of size10 coming up for sale in a few weeks too :D

At the moment, I'm using an old AMF shoe on my non-sliding shoe and an Etonic shoe on my sliding shoe until I get my Dexters. My non-sliding Etonic shoe had the sole split from the shoe, so I have to use a temporary spare :)

I use non-interchangeable shoes because I find it a bit easier to work with just the one sole and to be able to modify it if I need to.

Hooroo

Rowey :p

I would love to get a pair of Dexter SST6 LX, but I can't justify it. My old Dexter SST4's aren't showing any signs of wear.
Maybe I should leave them outside for my Labrador to inspect...;)

Dexter SST5 Select/Classic for me. Thought the colours were a bit different and I like the changeable souls.

Dexter.
The only shoe in bowling.
Had nothing but Dexters since I got my first pair of bowling shoes. They're a great shoe.
Very comfortable and I wear the mens shoes because I like the wider shoe.

dynorooz, but ive got a pair of dexters to try out too. I like the comfort of the leather dynorooz and their combination slide sole like the linds is great. But dexter set the benchmark as far as shoes went, so id like to get both out on the lanes and see which is the best. IMHO, until you get out on the lanes it doesnt mean a thing.

Dexters....Wouldn't bowl in anything else, currently using the SST6s.
Nat had the SST6s and is now bowling in SST7s

I used to use Dexters. After my 3rd pair in 12 months of sst6's, I had enough. Heard rave reviews of the Dynorooz so I thought I would try them.

They are lighter, stronger, and the tour ultra's have a "cleat sole" that allows me to fine tune my slide in smaller adjustments. They also take a massive load off my knee because they tend to shape to the foot better, and don't jar when they finish sliding.

They do tend to slide a fraction more than dexters = soles, which also helps combat synthetic approaches better. Can't get them anymore, but the new models are called 3G shoes, and are produced in the Global900 plant (the same guys that make the remote controlled bowling balls)

All preference, but the Rooz have my vote...

Can still get them Tonx, the S3002 are available in all sizes, S3003 about 60% and S3004 about 50% stock availability.

These are from DynoThane and not the new entity.

Special price for TB members too at the moment - PM or email for prices.

Old school Linds PS, only just got the front of one sown up after 9 years. Wish i could find another pair, just cant remember my exact size now!! Have read not so good reports about the Mexican made ones. Got a pair of sst 4's in reserve just in case(even though the silver and black bits started peeling after a year!!) its funny how i drill a zillion balls but havent bought any shoes since 1999
