Devonport was the worst centre I'd ever seen. Under new ownership now, and apparently Rick is doing some really good things with the place 
Moonah about 2001/2002/2003 wasn't all that good either a lot of the time, but it was a lot better this year.
Currently gutted and undergoing a much need upgrade.
