Video Camera Information

I was wondering if anyone can give me some advice on a good Video Camera to buy?

I would like one that records to a hard disk & have seen the sony ones, which look good to me, but i'm not 100% sure.

I was hoping someone out there can give me some advice on them & what they think is a good one at a good price.

The JVC Hard Drive cams are the way to go

i have a jvc hard disk aswell
it is pretty good but when i transfer clips to my computer i have to change extension from mod to mpg to view them
i may be doing something wrong
but it is very annoying
