On the final day of the 2008 State Championships held at AMF Moorabbin on Sunday 24th February 2008, Jamie Taafe, on behalf of the VicTenpins Board, had great pleasure in announcing the re-introduction of the VicTenpins Awards.

Awards were presented for individual and team performances, as well as awards for the administrators of our sport in Victoria.

Congratulations to the winners. They certainly deserve the recognition.

Also a big Thank You to Jamie Taafe for bringing the awards back. He is one person that I admire and is a great asset to our sport.

PS Actually it should be a Thank You to Vic Tenpins for bringing back the awards and not just Jamie. I apologise for that. It's just Jamie is a man with ideas and vision and is good for our sport.
