TBA Youth/Pres Shield Draft Dates

TBA has released the closing date for the Draft for the 2011 Youth and President Shield teams. Closing date is October 18th.

And the process came to the states this morning, we (ACT) took Bec Whiting in the Youth, Samantha Gore in shield and waiting on confirmation before announcing the other shield draft.

Sadly for the one to miss out (but it's a good thing for the sport) there are actually more girls in the shield draft than are needed by the states.

New to draft process but I assume the information is given out in a set order from finishing positions last year, so not all states have that info until first choices confirmed.

Pleased to see so much interest this year.

Yes, I had first pick so I had the list.

SNSW should've received the list around Friday with my two marked off. I'll get the list back soon to pick one more, then SNSW can have their third.
