Congrats. to the Qld. Restricted Teams for their Silver placings at the TBA Restricted Challenge - a great effort and I hope both the Qld. and Qld. Inv. team ENJOYED the competition.

It is a great format, I personally think, and hopefully us 'oldies' can also do Qld. proud. Well done to all who took part! Have a little XXXX or champers to celebrate ..............

yep, totally agree, well done to all teams.

a big well done to TBA the format was excellent and promoted a great blend of competition, comradery and sportsmanship.

i feel the tournament was a huge sucess and TBA have a great model to move forward now without having to make too many changes.

A thank you to all those bowlers who participated and made the event a memorable experience.

Finally to the NSW team consisting of Julie Townsend, Cheryl Cowland (AKA mum), Sue Jones, Gayle Shoesmith, Peter Marker, Michael McLaren, Jeff Sinclair, John Cowland(manager AKA dad) a huge congratulations for winning gold in the men's teams, men's all events and women's doubles, silver in the men's singles, bronze in the men's doubles and ladies team which all helped in us winning bronze in the ladies pointscore, gold in the men's pointscore and overall combined champions, thus winners of the inaugural TBA Restricted Challenge. A HUGE WELL DONE TEAM.

it was a fantastic 3 days and great bowling with you all.

Congrates also to Peter Marker on winning position 1 in the men's All Stars team and the chairpersons award as MVP male and Cheryl Cowland on winning position 4 in the ladies All Star team.

Well done Queensland Teams, and a special thank you to the Tournament Committee and the other competitors for allowing Queensland to play a substitute when one of their team members was suddenly taken ill.
This also goes to show the friendly spirit in which this event was conducted.

The format sounds a bit like ECCC not that i know a great deal about ECCC as i have not bowled it i have only been a spectator.
Except in the ECCC everyone bowls together (scratch, graded, U21 and seniors) and all points are combined for the ultimate goal of champion state - but they do have all their own individual medals and cups as well for each division.
Well done to all bowlers and a special congrats to the Queenslanders.
