Strathpine Open May 21st & 22nd 2016

Bowlers, due to recent feedback the Bundaberg Rum City Classic will not be held this year.

Peter and Bundy Bowl will be running a Memorial Tournament called the Bobbie Noonan Classic on Sunday the 18th September with good sponsorship and incentives. I will be encouraging you to join me up there for that event.

This has now opened the door for Strathpine Hyperbowl to run a WBT stop on the same weekend 21st & 22nd May.

This will be called The Strathpine Open.

The format will be the same as Gympie and Maryborough with a 6 game qualifier, multi entry.

Ladies will get 8 pins per game handicap.

$100 first attempt, $60 every attempt there after. We will cap at 32 bowlers each squad. (We will be able to increase if there is enough demand)

Top 15 drop pin fall for a 3 per pair tri match play, 20 pins for a win 10 pins second (split points for a tie).

The house pattern will be laid for each squad and match play.

In the coming days we will produce a flyer, in the mean time please express your squad interest here or message Rikki.

Here is the proposed pay out based on 60 first entries and 35 second attempts.

We will pay down the line from 16th with higher numbers of entity with the goal to pay 1 in 3.

$50 cash for high game female and male out side of a cashing position.
