Hey Alana, which game were
you watching on Wednesday night?
Even though you say that the NSW team didn't care about the third game (which I think is incorrect), I seriously doubt that they cared so little that they didn't bother to make any effort at all. They wanted to whitewash the QLD team this year, and they didn't do it. Partly because QLD played very well on Wednesday night, and partly because none of the NSW players seemed to be able to hold on to a ball.
QLD also had rookies in Game 3 in the form of Josh Hannay and Cameron Smith, and they played very, very well.
They only completed something like 21 out of 38 sets of 6 (going by memory), and even Joey wasn't on his game. So even if you're just defending your team, which is fair enough, I don't see how you can seriously say that NSW were the better team on Wednesday night.
Just my opinion haha!
And yes, I am picky, and yes, I am a Queenslander.
