Haven't got any exact scores as yet, but just spoke to my sister Tracy Silva who is bowling in the Graded Womens side for Victoria and she told me that the Victorian Ladies side is leading comfortably. She wasn't sure about the exact positions of the states in the Mens, Boys, Girls and Veterans comps except that Victoria was in second place in just about all of them. This was as after last nights doubles competitions.Congratulations to Jeanette Baker who is bowling the house down for the Victorian Open Women's side. Seems the great bowlers just seem to get better and better. She makes a mockery of the general consensus that the scoring conditions at Cannon Hill this year are tough.
I will be getting a points update from my sister tonight and will post it to the forum tommorrow so stay tuned. Keep striking sis and good luck to my Dad who is bowling in the Veterans comp.
