Eligibility
This Tournament is open to all players. TBA rules, regulations & code of conduct applies.
Qualifying
Qualifying will commence on Friday 18 September, 2009 at Holiday Lanes and will end with the last squad on Sunday 20 September, 2009.
Bowlers qualify via their highest 8 game series combined from two four game qualifying blocks for the 2009 Northern NSW Open. Qualifying attempts are only limited by squad availability. The entrants with the top 12 qualifying scores at the completion of the last squad will be the finalists of the 2009 Northern NSW Open.
Cost of Entry: Initial fee of $195.00 (2 squads of 4 games each & tournament dinner) will be paid PRIOR to a bowlers first Qualifying attempt, with each additional attempt (4 games) costing $50.00. Paid entries will receive priority for squad choice.

Final
Check In 10.30 a.m. Sunday 20 September, 2009, Finals commence at 11:00 a.m.
The top 12 Bowlers will contest the Finals. If any qualifier fails to report on time, reserves will be called in order of qualifying until all 12 positions are filled.
The Final Format
The top 12 will play a further 11 games in Match Play format with no carry over pin fall and a 50 pin bonus awarded for each match win. In the event of a drawn match each player will receive 25 pins bonus. At the completion of the 11 games the player leading by total pinfall plus bonus pins will be declared the 2009 Northern NSW Open Champion. In the event of any matter not being covered by these rules, the Tournament Director shall decide the outcome and their decision shall be final.

Tournament Dinner Saturday 19 September 2009 7.00pm
1 Ticket is included per entry. Each ticket holder receives 1 dinner ticket and 1 drink voucher.
Extra tickets can be purchased up till Saturday 19 at 4.00pm at a cost of $25.00 per ticket.
Dinner commences at Holiday Lanes for drinks and finger food at 7.00pm Main meal to be served at Coffs Hotel at 8.00pm. Drink tickets can be redeemed for Standard Beers, house wine and soft drinks. Extra drinks will be available for purchase.
This is the first time we have attempted something like this and we hope you support it. This offers everyone the opportunity to catch up with friends and bowlers that they only see at other events throughout the year, so come on in kick back and relax and enjoy a great night with us all.
