This is not a new idea, they had similar products in the late 60's and early 70's. The question is, is it LEGAL? From memory there is a rule stating that anything you put into a hole must be fixed.

Has the rule been changed.

Anything that will save me having to tape up the thumb sounds a godsend to me!

Willey: I spoke to a couple of brunswick staffers in the US after I saw this ad yesterday, and they seem to love it over there! These guys are competing in regionals atm, so it must be legal.

Yeah Max, send me one to try out please, I think they are going to be popular with alot of tournament bowlers!
 
hey,
would this at all cause the bowler to drop the ball or would they need to hold/muscle the ball just to keep it on the hand? otherwise i think it is a great idea and i wouldnt mind to give it a go.
