I think it is hawthorn bowl

Looks like 1 & 2 at Essendon.

Ball rack at the back looks the same as it was before the bowl closed.
Lots of stories about that bowl, so many talented bowlers came through juniors together (and turned it on for years on the national scene!) ... such a shame the way the bowl panned out
