Apparantly it was announced in the news on the radio here on the weekend. Nothing on TV though. and Flower Burpengary isnt on the Sunshine Coast, I have no idea who said it but i wasn't there :?

Media Coverage in Kuala Lumpur was excellent, with the papers allocating a full page in both morning papers and in full color.

AAP received every media release, as published in KL, and obviously chose not to publish these results in Australia.

I believe that there was an hour highlights package broadcast everyday. We never spent enough time in our hotel rooms to see much TV and missed these.

Additionally, the step ladder finals were broadcast live as a 4 hour package.

I am lead to believe that these packages are to be offered to the commercial TV stations at $US5000. We can only hope that these are picked up in Australia.

With the footy finals upon us, Bathurst and Indy just around the corner what chance do we have?

A copy of this package will be available to TBAL, for a fee but not for commercial purposes.

I notice in the Foxtel guide that there is bowling on Fox 1 at 3pm on Wednesday. It's description is "World Masters".

Could this be the FIQ or the one lane thing in England? I remember a couple of years ago they did have Masters from UAE on Fox.

androooo,

This is possibly the WTBA World Ranking Masters recently held in Orlando Florida.

Andrew Frawley was a last minute invitation into this event.

FYI, there is no such thing as FIQ Masters. FIQ are an umbrella organisation covering WTBA & WNBA. FIQ no longer stage events, this is left to WTBA & WNBA.

Even the medals at the World Championships where embossed with the WTBA logo.
