My 2 horses I had in the sweep at work, 21 & 19 - can't remember what the names were, were 1st and 2nd with about 600m to go.


I think they ended up about 11th and 12th... grrrrrrrrr :evil:

Hmmm do some of you people know what a TRIFECTA is??? Sure its easy to get one of the favourites up but the post was put out to see who was really good and get the top three. With the far outsider getting 3rd I would doubt very many at all.

One of my staff had the trifecta on a mystery bet! Not bad for a $3 investment she walked home with a nice $2500 in her pocket!! That was probably the luckiest Mystery I have heard of in a long time but shows it can pay off!

The smartest choice of the day would have been Boxing 1, 5 and the field - one of my staff did that and for a $60 investment he also took home a cool $1250 as it was only on for a half!

I picked up $21 with an Exacta backing 1 and 5, along with my win / place bets I pocketed $30 profit. Not much but something I guess!

And of course my bets were not placed while I was on duty! :lol:
