Started mine tonight
Got the block out of a Track Heat, got the dregs out of old plug bottles, and started pouring
did you end up making one??
Wouldn't have the foggiest...
You need a weightblock (first time I've had a use for a Track ball), an Ebonite Hook-Again chamber (again, first time I've had a use for that too) and lots of ball plug.
It does look very pretty sitting in the chamber (pretty fu**ing ugly at least). Hardest thing will be getting the sucker out, trying to get it down to size, and hoping that it doesn't separate.
Putting the holes in? EASY... working out where the CG is... maybe harder. Weightblock is shifted over a bit, so I'm guessing maybe a pin distance of... oohhh.... 10-11 inches
