ok dont know much about youth yet still learning so can anyone tell me how you go about getting on to the draft for the youth teams if you dont make it in your home state

On tenpin.org site, into rules and regs, open state team draft policy, this will give you guidelines and form. Youth team committee should distribute or give info at roll off, we did last year.
