I certainly hope not. That's tantamount to a restrictive trading practice, something banned in all all state's legislatures. Not bowling rules, common law.

Although I totally agree with Wayne and Jason, I don't think its a terribly clever thing to do putting the story on here, YET.
I strong advise that you make sure that all the facts are true and correct, that you have already sought advive, legal or otherwise.

Everybody, I'm sure will want to hear whats happened, but tell your story when the time is right.
