Thank you all for the birthday wishes, they are very much appreciated.

The back is still not 100%........amazing to think that the shoes were supposed to help my back problem but have been the cause of another injury.

(Tip... always take them off to change soles and heels, trying to pull new velcro off with them on is VERY dangerous.)

Perhaps they should come with a warning label?????...ha ha!
