Great bowlers who haven't bowled 300!

Thank you all for your kind words you bastards!

As for you Bottomley, i will see you in the bunkers, because i can never seem to find you on the fairways! I wish i had your tee shot as my strike ball because that amount of hook would carry the 7 pin for sure! :p

Also what about Barry "Jagga" "Man Sausage Lover" Morgan, i can't believe that old bugger hasn't missed his target consecutively 12 times yet?

How about people respond to the post correctly.

Really the answer is : None

This country has only produced a handful of GREAT BOWLERS who have proven themselves at the highest level, ie: Cara H, Carol G, Carl B and Belmo.

Until the rest have achieved what these bowlers have they will only just be GOOD.

A great bowler who has a 200+ average who has not yet bowled a 300 would have to be my dad Leon Reggars. My dad has come so close so many times to having a 300 and I have no doubt that a 300 will come very soon the way he is bowling. I am very proud of my dad and I hope that he bowls a 300 very soon because he deserves it! Not only is my dad a great bowler who hasnt bowled a 300 yet, he is the best bowler I know and have every seen.

i have a 195 ave, but bowled a 287 last week in the open masters for east coast cup, stuffed last frame lol :p

me ive bowled a 290 and a 289 and iv now got a 206 leageu and tournement average! Bin close but bottled it

I don't think it should matter if you have bowled a 300, or if you have a 200+ average. If you can maintain that ability of bowling, then you're getting somewhere. A great bowler would be somebody with a strong mental game. Someone who thrives under pressure. Someone who faces any challenging lane condition without a worry. If you can maintain these things, then I reckon you're one of the best or well on the track to becoming one of the best :D

Bubyee

Rowey :p

PS Have a bit of humour and a bit of fun....because bowling is about fun, remember.

Andrew your memory is correct. 297 is my best effort.
Still it is nice to be remembered for something.
I have been out of bowling for the past 18 months due to a shoulder injury.
I had surgery 8 weeks ago and should be back by xmas. Maybe i can throw one when i get back

I would have to say that my Big Bro Adam Pringle isn't far off his 300...he's a legend for a youth bowler!!! hahaha keep up the good work bro!!
