Favourite and most hated alleys

Been to a few bowls and just wondering whats the best and worst in your opinion.

Fave: Cheso (Home) and Albion Park
Hated: Fairfield and definately Windsor (lets just say that a four bagger will get you called God)

hey people,

i would have to say that i hate Mt gambier bowl (my home centre) This place has the worst oiling machine and old century 100 and every lane is different you will never have the same shot on any lane, there has only been 2 300 games there in the whole time its been opened and the last one was in 96 i think, and when u do hit the pocket u will usually leave a single pin, and every pin deck is shot to bits, oh well what else can u expect from a country bowl with no money

my favourite centre would be village bowl nice carry and great lanes!!

most hated easily randwick or mascot

oh ok mr 6 pin windsor was wooden lanes so if u wanna go there now they have they synthetic lanes now from the old blacktown bowl

i have three, chester hill(home), blacktown and i can't go passed southgatethe staff treat me well there, the worst overall for me would be liverpool and mascot

Dislike: Fairfeild, Bankstown and more but cant remember

i like orange its the best. great lanes, nice and clean, great management and the leagues and tournaments well run. cant go wrong really.

i like strikezone and chesterhill too. im bowling in gosford this weekend and i hear its good.

i dont like bankstown, or any old crapholes like that. yuck

ummm fav would be tuggers and good ol barossa bowl haha and dislike would be queanbeyan and definatley bankstown

well haven't bowled in hardly any of the NSW centers but i would say Xzone and bankstown is alright.

Hey all fav's would have to penrith home centre an the old blacktown bowl where my fav's Most hated along the lanes is heading towards windsor bowl even though the upgrade from wooden to synthetic it's still no oil so iam rating them my most disliked centre even though i grew up bowling there

Hay i don't really have a favourite bowling centre but the centre i hate would have to be Rockhampton Lanes they are so dry when i go up there and the Rockhampton team find it hard to bowl on them so it doesn't say much for anyone else! some people do ok up there but i haven't seen really good!

Cheso would have to be my fav. along with prolly Fairfield and Top Ryde

I can remember many years ago crossing the Tasman to bowl in an NZ tourn - the Taranaki Open !!! - They had 10 lanes made of chip board with local kids setting the pins manually and rolling the balls back after each ball.... I think they used motor oil to oil the lanes too - arrows, dots and boards were drawn on... I think I averaged about 130 in the tourn.. And that still made the cut !!!!... Recently I think Cannon Hill in Bris takes the award for worst lanes - lacquer on the first 10 feet is flaking, no two lanes roll the same, no two balls roll the same, I bowled there recently and got 2 nasty gouges on a brand new $350 ball ! - Not happy.... Credit to the tech there, he is working like a trooper to get the lanes up to some playable level...

Best lane - Try Gold Coast Casino in LasVegas - 70 lanes of slick synthetic high tech machinery - flat touch panel screens on every table that even provides the facility of a virtual coach who tells you how to get spares, or how to correct the shot for a stike ball... Excellent pro shop there too !!! - And at as low as 50c a game - who can complain !!!

the ones i hate are FRANKSTON(stupid low roof) highpoint(dye as a nuns nasty) and knox

Fairfield and me just dont get alone that why i dont like fairfield. Plus the last time i bowled there i struggled that much. But if you can change my opinion on that centre i would be great to hear about it.
But still fave chester hill, belonnen and castle hill
dislike bankstown and fairfield

Fairfield ain't that bad!!! oil through the head and a good backend, pin action's decent, what more can u ask for lol bowl skins there on friday night every now and then and there are some decent scores!!

Faves: Strikezone, Orange, Cheso, Bankstown, Tuggers.
Hates: Shoalhaven...that is all hahaha!
Must admit, I wasnt a fan of Enfield when I had a quick bowl after getting some gear drilled up...

my most fav centres have to be Bankstown, Strikezone and of course my home Sunshine.

Least favs, um, sorry to say Northcote (lanes do nothing) and Werribee (when I was bowling there, scoring was too easy).
