Fave Bowling Brand/s And Why???

I was just wondering what bowling brand/s people like and why??? I like Storm and Track.

Storm, because that's all Frawls well sell me, but I can't say i've had a ball that I didn't really like, except for maybe the Trauma Response.

Practise 300 with Eraser Boost and sanctioned with a Fear Factor, Storm's my favourite by far, but I can only compare them too Roto-Grip which is awesome too hehe

ebonite has been my brand choice since I ever started bowling, still love them, but now I am bowling alot with hammer, and I can honestly say I have never been more impressed with a brand in my life. I have tried storm and track etc, track was good but didn't quite work, and storm never worked for me, but I ain't saying they aren't good, they just weren't the right balls for me.

That's nice Grigsy Hammer are owned by Ebonite, so you are still using Ebonite.

Just like Storm owns Roto-Grip, but Roto-Grip is still a seperate ball company, just like Hammer is to Ebonite.

Macca, i was wondering what ball u bowled 300 with(GO THE FEAR FACTOR!!!) I should of known it was Storm. I like the Track Stomp Maroon. It has good and bad days, but i love it on good days. I also like the Storm Razor Wire. It's good on synthetic lanes. Both the Stomp and Wire like revs and speed. I also like the Spare Storm. I reckon it'd be one of the best balls of all time. I've got other faves such as the Storm Hot Rod, Eraser Blaze, Super Charge and the Barbed Wire. I like the looks of the Storm Triple Xtreme and the Storm Hot Rod Pro Stock.

My favourite brands would have to be Storm & Track. I have a track freakout & its the best ball i have ever had. I also got a storm flame bluehott.

well i have a couple of favs i used to love track. until i started using hammer and ebonite and no all i can use is hammer and ebonite, i would liek to try some of the new track stuff, i have never tryed storm so no coment, i have one columbia and it is the red pulse and i love it for meduim to dryier lanes.

willey I am quite aware that hammer is owned by ebonite, just like roto grip is owned by storm and revolution by brunswick if I am correct, and yes I still use ebonite just not as much atm cause I am trying new things.

STORM has bee around for more than a decade now but now that HAMMER has come back into the picture there is a real rivally in AUS to bowl with storm, hammer, track and ebonite balls but brunswick is starting to fall away.

Thanks for that running commentary there from ADD.

I go with Storm. Have done for awhile. Like Macca said, here at Strikezone, we don't get much of a choice. While there have been a few under performing balls, most of the ones that I have got have been awesome, especially the Tour Power. Storm just keeps churning out the good balls, so why change now?

Been a Brunswick man since I started bowling.

But with influences like Ron Rush from Heritage Bay Pty. Ltd. in my early bowling career, what do you expect lol.

That's not to say I havent seen some impressive balls from other companies: Storm's Tour Power, Track EMB XF(or FX I don't remember), for example.

I spose I've pretty much seen something good come from most companies, but I figure, I'm happy with the gear I use, so why fix it if it aint broke.

ADD, could you please fix your signature. I know that caps lock button can be tricky. & I think you mean BRAWN not brone .

Here comes another Strikezone bowler...STORM ALL THE WAY. Its all Ive ever had...(oh except a Columbia Extreme or some weirdo thing like that). Ive been happy with everything Ive recieved from all my bowling balls, so I dont see a point in changing.

As someone who has been drilling balls for 35 years,thier is hardly any difference between the major brands these days. In the past however like early 80's, you had the emergence of urethane competing with the successful L.T.48 and the established Yellow Dot,now your talking best ball, a lot of difference between them baby's.
