Tonight tragedy struck the Mildura Bowling Community when the Country Cup apprentice mascot suffered fatal injuries in a bizarre kitchen incident.

The innocent party was quoted as saying 'squeak squeak, aaaaaaaarrrrrgggghhhh, it's hot!' BOOM!

The technical term for the injury was the 'mieces to pieces syndrome'.

Names have not yet been released until the family can be contacted.
