Due to my not realising about the date clash with the Border Runners event at Robina we are changing the date for this years Capalaba Cup. Date change is to be for 21 July. As far as I can tell at this stage, there is nothing else on for this sunday. Event details and times are all the same. Attached is the current list of bowlers that have put there names down. Just ti re-iterate, the details are as follows.
Sunday 21 July
Check in 12pm Bowl 12:30
Entry fee $100,with a $50 non-refundable deposit to secure spot.
Prize fund based on 20 entries and will be adjusted up or down as necessary.
1st place $500
2nd place $250
3rd place $125
4th place $75
5th place $50
All bowlers bowl 10 games scratch pinfall, changing lanes after every game. At the end of 10 games, top 4 will bowl single game stepladder final. 4th plays 3rd, winner plays 2nd, winner plays top qualifier. Winner of last match shall be named Capalaba Cup Champion for 2013.
Dress code shall be collared shirt and tailored trousers, shorts or skirts.
Any protests must be lodged in writing by the completion of the game following the infringement.
Any rules and regulations not covered in this notice shall be covered by TBA Tournament Rules & Regulations.
