best performance bowling balls?

hey guys,
what are some of the best bowling balls world wide? I'm going to the states soon and i'm hoping to pick up some there. Any recomendations????

one word, EBONITE!!!!

you can never ever ever go wrong with them. I have used many brands since i've started bowling which include, storm, ebonite, hammer, rotogrip, visionary, columbia, track and by far i've found ebonite to be the best.

that is my opinion, but since i started using ebonite i've won juniour nats twice as well as many other titles.

Under The Thumb, if I was you, I'd focus on a ball that best suits your style and your pro shop should be able to tell you that. Brand of ball is pretty much irrelevant these days. They all have a ball that can do the same things and they all hit like an atom bomb. See several pro shops and see what you get.
