Oh just to let everyone know, for those with Foxtel tune into the fox news channel (604) at 10pm tonight as Belmo will face Wes Mallot in an exibition match outdoors in manhattan. Does oil freeze or what im not too sure how the lanes are affected by cold.

If he can figure out a way to win the US Open, not only would his first title be a major (not too sure how many bowlers have done that in history), but he will be eligible to bowl Tournament of Champions and he would be an exempt bowler for two years.....that ought to shut up the American haters that think he shouldn't be there!

This is another very special day for Australian Tenpin bowling.

Win or not this very talented young guy has proved once and for all that being a little different than 'the text book' can be the way to go.

Every one of us who cares about our sport should cross everything we can for tomorrow morning our time.

No mater how Jason's career progresses, from here on out, he has been the catalist that will change the way new bowlers throw a ball down a lane for a long time to come!

Belmo will be on ESPN in the states early tomorrow morning. According to ESPN though, the show is nowhere to be found. If anyone can track it down it would be good.

Update: It is on at 2pm ET in the States which is 5am Monday morning here. We will only get to look it up on the website through frame by frame updates.

i watched this. what a waste of precious sleeping time. it wasnt until 12.30ish that belmo was on and he didnt even throw a proper shot.
he just threw a couple of shots backup.

good publicity though.
