Out of interest, which weight ball do you use?

It's really all rhythm and balance, rather than strength. I think Cara used 16 lb. If that's right, and if you ever stood beside her - she was'nt very big. I wish about 18lb. was legal, but then again, I'm only 72, and I might have to drop down to 17 or so in a year or two. Seriously, for scoring, the heavier you can manage, the better. Try carrying the 5 pin [with the ball] on a good pocket hit with a 10lb ball.
