Amf Australian Youth Cup

Wondering if somebody out there has some sort of information, the TBA Website shows the AMF Australian Youth Cup at Tuggeranong on the 26th & 27th of November, I rang the bowl yesterday to find out that the staff there have no idea about this event and could not provide any details other than the weekend it is supposed to be on. I have committed to Airfares and Accomodation I can transfer the first and cancel the second without any problems providing I do it within the time frame which is getting smaller PLEASE HELP.
