Okay, slow down. The thing you have to understand here is I am not part of the association board, I am merely facilitating the event upon request of the state secretary.
Therefore, payouts and how much the association is willing to dip into their own account is not up to me. I facilitate the bowlers participation and provide results. The association issues prizes against those results at its discretion, and generally speaking I will partake in the awarding of such prizes in conjunction with the board at the conclusion of the event.
There is occasion when I am given discretion of the prizefund distribution, and in that circumstance I would return exactly 100% of the prize fund component to the bowlers(as the association will anyway), no bonus dipping. From that 100% I would first remove the cost of the free spot @ AJNC the shirt, AND the cost of next years free re-entry before working out the distribution of the remainder. Generally the associations seem to disregard that returning representative fee and just "wear that next year" when applicable. I'd expect the association will be more generous with their accounts than I am with other peoples money.
So how much to who is beyond my scope, and if you can't wait until tomorrow for the answers to these questions you will need to call the association secretary (Cheryl Dennis) directly (number on entry form). I believe Cheryl has worked out a prize fund in anticipation of the full current commitment participating.
Personally I think you should be looking at it as the free spot and prestige has a cash value in the vicinity of $350. In terms of cost savings to the winner, there's $150 odd of entry fee this year, plus $150 off the local entry fee next year potentially, that the association will be paying in stead.
