Yes , its that time again. Annual Illawarra junior championships.
Want to test your skills before the Junior Sydney cup, what better way than down in the "gong".
Why, Squad entries to date include the current Australian Junior Masters Champion and members of the 2007 and 2008 Shield Team's from NNSW, SNSW, ACT as well as strong competition from the Orange, Bathurst, Nowra, Illawarra and Sydney areas.
NOTE: We also have a Classic Masters this year. This is a rare event but for all the mid range bowlers, this is your chance to shine. Why should only the lower grades and the Open bowlers be recognized.
All are welcome to come along to watch some great bowling from our junior ranks.
The masters is on the 19th August. Squads are still available 1st and last squad on the 18th. The 12th is easy to cater for and if you are a late entry and within the sydney region this is your best bet for an entry. Enjoy the trip down, bowl well and return on the 19th to take out the Masters. At the very least you will have some great competition.
We also cater for our Bumper bowlers with a tournament at 9:00 am on the 12th august. "This is a fun event"
For the older teens, the mixed scotch doubles with good prizes is still taking entries . This is on the 18th at 7:00 pm.
