2013 Queensland State Championships - 11th & 12th, and 18th & 19th May

Please find attached the entry form for the 2013 Queensland State Championships, which will be held over 2 weekends instead of 1 next year.

Four squads will be available on the 1st weekend, 11th and 12th May, one squad on Saturday morning18th May, and then Restricted Masters finals the afternoon of the 18th & Seniors and Open Masters on the 19th May.

The final squad on Saturday morning, 18th May is being held SPECIFICALLY for all bowlers from the north who wish to travel and compete in one weekend only. It will be only be opened up to any other teams from within the South for last minute entries.

As in previous years, entries are to be made as a 4 person team, and payment is to be paid in full to the TBAQ tournament account, details of which are listed on the entry form.

The Tenpin Bowling Association of Queensland would like to thank Totalbowling for the use of the forum to promote this event, and we look forward to welcoming more Queensland bowlers to Caboolture in May for another bumper event!

Just curious, for the entering average, will touring events such as twin tour, atbso, etc be counted like they are for the state roll offs?

Jay, TBAQ started taking entries for this as soon as the Entry form came out, so feel free to lodge your team of 4 entry as soon as you have it organised!

Please remember, that as per the entry form, the Saturday morning squad on the weekend of the Masters is reserved for those bowlers from north of Rockhampton who will make the trip down for both squads and masters.

Dougy, as per the entry form, each bowler in the team of 4 pays $100, which covers your all events, singles doubles teams and masters nomination.

Hi all

State team roll offs are now done and dusted, congrats to all those who made it.

But the excitement isn't over just yet because the State Championships start this weekend, entries are still open until 5pm Wednesday 8 May or until full. We still have the following vacancies:
A squad - 3
B squad - 1
C squad - 1
D squad - 2
E squad - 4 (Northern Region bowlers will be given preference for this squad but if not full by Sunday 12th will be opened up to all bowlers)

If you are having trouble getting a full team of 4, send us an email with your squad preference and we will try and find you some other team mates.
