Attached is the entry form for the 2012 Hobart Tenpin Cup held at Moonah Tenpin Bowl on the 21st-22nd July.

Names will be placed in a squad once we have received a $70 deposit and if you book your squad before Friday 15th June you will be placed in the draw to Win a nights accommodation at the 3.5 star Best Western Balmoral Motor Inn.
Interstate Bowlers to have first preference for B squad subject to deposit accompanying entry.
Cut off for squad preference will be 30th June 2012.
