Please find attached the draft nomination form for the 2010 President shield. We are awaiting the accreditation number and for the TBAQ board meeting to finalise whether our team numbers will be 6 or 7. This is will be announced prior to the first roll-off. As the roll-off is early next month, we have issued the draft nomination form to allow bowlers time to nominate and make arrangements.
