Well its only days away from the 1st Test between Australia and Sri Lanka and still Australia are in two minds as to who should be selected.
Who will replace Glenn McGrath, Mitchell Johnson or Shaun Tait?
I reckon despite a poor game against NSW Mitchell Johnson will get the nod to make his test debut. Like Tait he has plenty of pace and can swing the ball but the fact he's left arm gives variety in their pace attack.
Who will replace Shane Warne, Stuart MacGill or Brad Hogg?
MacGill is short on match practice and looked pretty flat in the game against Qld. Haydon and Symonds took him apart and personally I don't like him. He gives away to many runs and he has an attitude problem. Brad Hogg has my vote. He feels he's in career best form and despite being a one-day specialist, he took 8 wickets and man of the match in his Pure Cup game. He also has the batting qualities Warne had batting at number 8.
Who will replace Justin Langer, Jaques, Hodge, Rogers, Voges or Watson?
Probably the hardest decision to be made. In my opinion Phil Jaques has earned his chance and is a similar sort of player to Langer.
To the Test match, I think Sri Lanka will be a lot tougher opponent than England was last year. Australia hasn't played a test in almost a year and are now without the likes of Warne, McGrath, Langer and Martyn. Sri Lanka have played several tests in the last year which will give them the advantage. Sri Lanka will be hard to beat and I'll say a 1-all drawn series then hopefully they smash India 4-nill
